Coupon & Deals Questions
At top left screen, choose menu and then select, "My Active Deal". Simply show the coupon from the Halal in the City app to the restaurant or store before paying. Each coupon is valid for 24 hours only.
Yes. All coupons are approved by the Halal in the City administration before being published.
Normally it does not. This depends on the individual merchant. Please check the coupon terms listed in the app.
Halal Verification Questions
Halal in the City lists businesses that advertise halal products. To ensure your peace of mind, our team directly confirms halal compliance and documentation with every vendor.

Prayer Location Questions
The app shows nearby mosques and prayer spaces within approximately a 10-kilometre radius of your current location.
Yes. Users can submit prayer locations through the app or website for review.
Merchant Questions
Businesses can apply for listing through our website or by contacting Halal in the City directly at admin@halalinthecity.ca
Yes. Participating businesses pay a monthly subscription fee to advertise and promote their services on the platform.
Normally, businesses login into the merchant portal and use our "User Friendly" Coupon Template. Businesses may submit coupons and promotions, but all postings must be approved by Halal in the City before being published.
Yes. Businesses can request updates to their profile or promotions through the Halal in the City admin team. As well, businesses can sign in and go directly into merchant portal to make any update.
